WARNING: Muslims Will End a Bunch of Christians on Christmas (Nigerian sources)

 


I have mentioned the genocide of Christians that is taking place in Nigeria right now. We are watching the hostile takeover of a democratic country by radical Islam. It isn't happening with a ground invasion from some outside source. It's happening from Nigerian nationals who are radicalized by their Islamic faith, and the government, which is comprised of democratically elected Muslim leaders is looking the other way while the land and lives of Nigerian Christians are being taken by the thousands.

Go to https://www.congress.gov/ and scroll down, enter your state, and email your representatives. Letter to Congress and senate: Subject: Please Defend Persecuted Christians in Nigeria, Stop the Coming Massacre, and Get Mark Walker Appointed as Religious Freedom Ambassador. Dear [Congressman/Senator] [Last Name], Credible reports state that there is a coming massacre of Christians by Fulani Ethnic militia who are planning to hit on or before Christmas, the towns of Riyom, and Bokkos in Plateau State and in Kafanchan in Kaduna State, and in Agatu in Benue State. See TruthNigeria.com for details. Do something to stop the coming Christmas massacre in Nigeria and protect persecuted Christians there. Get Mark Walker an immediate hearing and vote for him to be appointed as the ambassador-at-large for International Religious Freedom. If he fills that position he could help the situation and he has been denied a hearing for 8 months now, even though Trump nominated him.

This couldn’t wait...

Jerry, serving in the snack room at VBS As of the writing of this post, it’s 3:00 am. I woke up, realizing I hadn’t actually organized strategic prayer for Jerry Slagle yet, and this is no small matter. The original plan was to send out a VBS recap email, but that can wait until next week. Jerry has been fighting cancer for more than two years. Recently, he was given a very sad and scary report from his doctors that he only has limited time left, less than a year. VBS and Plasma Cannons

  Two weeks ago, we had one of the largest VBS weeks in Wellspring history. This year, as in other years, we heard testimonies of kids starting their discipleship journeys with Jesus, encountering God, and hearing his voice. One of the things I love about VBS is that everyone gets really into it. I am usually in the Bible Drama Room, where we put on skits that include a fun science experiment and end with a moment where we minister to the kids.  I never get the idea that the BDR people are "too cool" to get really into it. On the contrary, sometimes I step back and marvel that a bunch of tired, working adults would spend so much time working on a skit for kids. This year the the Main Stage actors worked even harder! They were up at the church rehearsing numerous evenings and afternoons.
