What is your assignment as a Disciple?

From the Pastor's Desk In the sermon "The Job Description of a Disciple," I shared one of my favorite Christian practices: listening to, reading, and watching great Christian testimonies. I consider this a spiritual practice because it stirs my faith to hear how my brothers and sisters in Christ have gone before me, setting excellent examples of laying down their lives for Jesus.  Here is a list of testimonies and resources that could keep you reading, listening, and watching for years to come! From the Pastor's Desk Many of you know I'm a collector of fine Jesus testimonies. I love hearing stories about how God has moved in people's lives, and many of you already know that Miguel Valle has a wonderful and powerful testimony. Last week, he was featured on a testimony podcast called The UnSeen Story.  Click here to hear Miguel's testimony: He Is Everything To Me . I've heard Miguel's testimony before, and many of you have as well, but when I listened on this podcast, it sent me into a deep moment of praise and worship! This version of his testimony is the best I've heard, and I feel like he included details and connected dots in the story that I'd never heard until now. Miguel has grown in many ways over the years since his conversion. As God has been developing and maturing him, Miguel has grown better and better at telling his story.
